AZ Professional Driver Training Program
Our Driver-to-Driver Mentorship Program runs between 4 to 8 weeks and blends classroom learning with hands-on, in-cab training. Safety is at the heart of everything we do, that's why drivers receive regular check-ins to track progress and reinforce key skills. To complete the full program, they must log 3,000 hours on the road.
The program follows Ontario College of Trades guidelines, and upon completion, drivers may be eligible for a government bursary. It’s a strong foundation for building real-world experience and growing confidently into the role with the guidance of experienced mentors every step of the way.
Who Is Eligible
This program is built for individuals ready to take the next step in their driving career. It’s designed for those who are motivated, safety-focused, and open to new opportunities on the road.
Key Requirements
- Hold a valid Ontario AZ license
- Have completed Grade 10 education or equivalent
- Possess Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status
- Be able and willing to cross the Canada–US border
- Live within 80 km of Chatham, Ontario
- Consider relocating to Chatham
- Maintain a safe driving record
